First Rate new iPlan

First Rate, a joint venture between Bank of Ireland and the Post Office are now in their second year of offering iPlan, an online eAppraisal system that supports performance management at their 2 formal appraisals and also enables them to update anytime.

The iPlan system has evolved from being a tool used twice a year at appraisals to a 24/7 tool to allow Managers and Direct Reports to change their objectives at anytime outside these formal appraisal periods. The iPlan has significantly reduced the amount of time to complete appraisals and is now a ‘business as usual’ tool.
