Since the launch of B-Paid in June 2011, subscriptions for the service have been rising. Companies who promote the service in the direct selling sector include Cambridge Weight Plan, Forever, Captain Tortue, Herbalife and Xenca. We have also attracted a number of other businesses such as aerial installers, legal professions, trainers and even people who run bed and breakfast houses.
One of B-Paid's biggest fans is Diane Smith, a Consultant for Cambridge Weight Plan.
"As soon as I had my Catalogue and Payment Page set-up I sent the web address to all my friends on Facebook. All my friends think the facility is brilliant. I also use B-Paid to set up personal orders for my customers the night before their appointment which saves time. When you have 65 customers, shorter appointments are really important. There is no more messing around with change and customers also tend to buy more"

PSP to invest in new Marketing Automation
15 January 2013
Online marketing is a growing area, with a large proportion of sales completed online. However, for businesses operating online, they are often flying blind, not knowing who and what visitors view when visiting their website. With conversion rates of an action (such as signing up to a newsletter, or making a purchase), at just 10% of visitors, the need for more intelligent systems are required.
PSP have identified this gap and are investing in a Marketing Automation tool which will look to identify visitors; nuture information to build profiles; customise website experiences based on needs and wants and set scoring/grading alongside workflows to generate communication campaigns - all aimed at increasing the conversion rates of visitors.
