How flexible is the ticket system?
The event management system allows YOU to:
- Enter information about your venue or a range of venue’s onto the database for use with any event you may wish to put on
- Add a seating plan or just have general area options for seating, as required. Seating plans can be created for small theatres, large stadiums or concert halls with thousands of seats.
- Allocate specific prices to seats in different areas
- Offer price discounts for multiple seat purchases, early bookings and other special offers
- Offer additional services, for instance, lunches and car parking
- Apply local taxes to the prices, so if your event is in Paris, French taxes can be applied to the ticket price
- Create templated tickets for the printing of tickets or for your etickets.
How do I know whether my event is successful?
Whether you are a theatre manager, events co-ordinator or promoter you are going to want to know that your event is successful. The reporting function is extensive and can be customised to allow you to print off a range of different reports.

- Promoter reports per event
